To those of you who believe that ace pilot Hoban “Wash” Washburne died in an instant when skewered by a Reaver harpoon in the movie Serenity, we'd just like you to know: Wash lives!
Wash lives on in our hearts – and in the upcoming role-playing game Firefly Online, where Alan Tudyk himself is returning to portray the irreverent pilot. He's still flying Captain Malcolm Reynolds and his crew throughout the Verse, dodging the Alliance and other varmints.
