Thirty-five degrees north is a coordinate to a research and development company's headquarters overseas in China. Jonathan Rizzo and his partner, JoAnn Wagner, are assigned to a couple of unusual homicides. Detective Rizzo doesn't see it yet, but there's a very dark, nefarious connection between Quest, the Chinese government, and the United States government with average, everyday American citizens in the middle--being used as pawns.
