Felt like something was missing from story line
Let's start with the good stuff. This movie is visually stunning. I viewed this in 3d and if you have the opportunity it's well worth the cost. The background story is deep and full of detail. Here comes the “however”. As a super hero movie the story the story backfill interferes to the point where the action (which is great, especially the car chase sequence) feels like punctuations between long segments of talking heads. The technology components feels contrived. There seems to be a conveniently appropriate weapon or tech tool for each situation. As a bulid up to BP's involvment in the Avengers it is overly long and even the secet ending teasers fall flat. A good example of a well constructed exposition movie would be Wonder Woman from the DC universe. Worth a look at but wait till the price drops before investing. Sadley overhyped.
Only reason it didnt get a 5 star rating is it looks out of place with my other marvel because of the Kiwi rating instead of the Aussie one
Black Panther
“Black Panther” follows T'Challa who, after the events of “Captain America: Civil War,” returns home to the isolated, technologically advanced African nation of Wakanda to take his place as King. However, when an old enemy reappears on the radar, T'Challa's mettle as King and Black Panther is tested when he is drawn into a conflict that puts the entire fate of Wakanda and the world at risk.
