Mirror your smartphone display on your HD TV with MHL!

By Ben

MHL stands for Mobile High-Definition Link, MHL is an industry standard for a mobile audio/video interface for directly connecting mobile phones and other portable consumer electronics devices to high-definition televisions and displays. For some people MHL is a great way to show off holiday photos, for others it's an outstanding way to bring that N64 emulator onto the big screen :)

Here's how it works!

If you already have an MHL-enable device, like a Samsung Galaxy S 2,3,4 – all you need is an MHL cable.

One end is the regular Micro-USB that fits into the charging/syncing port of the phone, and the other end fits in an HDMI port of an HDTV. When the mobile device is connected to an HDTV via the cable, it will mirror the display onto the big screen, with a resolution up to 1080p and 7.1 surround sound.

It's just that easy!

  • Compact and lightweight, easy to carry around
  • Designed for use with mobile devices featuring MHL technology
  • Plug and play, easy to use without any installation
