Description

As unbelievable as it may sound, the Prince Charming of my title saved his father's life from Mafia hit men while still in his mother's womb, grew up in an orphanage and ran away to join the Navy. He hitchhiked to Hollywood and became the actor whose body movements were used for the Prince in Cinderella. He was in a number of movies and TV shows, including playing D'Artagnan in The Three Musketeers TV series. He married the French movie star Corinne Calvet and traveled through Europe and North Africa. After that divorce (he married four more times), he moved to S.E. Asia where he went on elephant safaris and visited the ex-headhunting tribes of Borneo. He opened the first ice cream factory in Borneo, the first steak house in Singapore, and antique shops in Malaysia where he met the rich and famous. He lost his only child to a drug overdose; lost everything after 9/11 and then took that step into the darkness but was saved and, picking up the pieces with the help of loved ones and perfect strangers, found redemption and salvation, along with the courage to begin his life again. Walt Disney's Cinderella made Prince Charming a household name and every woman's fantasy. My career in show business; my travels and adventures throughout the world, especially the Far East and S.E. Asia, make my book a perfect companion for the frequent flyer and the armchair traveler. The book indeed has wide appeal; since it spans so many years of my life it should attract readers in every age group, from the young, to the mature, and even the elderly.
