CĂ©line A. Jacquemin is an Associate Professor in Political Science and International Relations at St Mary's University, San Antonio, Texas, USA. Tom Onditi Luoch is Associate Professor of English and Linguistics in the General Education program at the United States International University Africa in Nairobi, Kenya. Wanjala S. Nasong'o is Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of International Studies at Rhodes College, Memphis, Tennessee, USA. Sam Okoth Opondo is Assistant Professor of Comparative Politics and Africana Studies at Vassar College, New York, USA. Martin S. Shanguhyia is an Assistant Professor of African History at Syracuse University in New York, USA. Stephen Mwachofi Singo is currently Lecturer in Political Science at the University of Nairobi, Kenya. Joseph O. Wasonga is lecturer in Political Science, Conflict Studies and International Relations at Kenyatta University, Kenya.
