Author Biography:

Doug Holland, Jr. is an Advanced Integrative Reflexologist that has been practicing since 2000. He received his certifications through the International Institute of Reflexology and through the Advanced Integrative Medical Institute at the Capital University of Medicine in Washington, DC. He was born in Plentywood, Montana in 1968.He has been married to his wife and collaborator, Lori, since 1991 and together have two children: Bo, born in 1995 and Paige, born in 1998. He is active in his religion and enjoys strength training, massage, and fishing and is always learning.
