Description

This book is one of a series written and illustrated by 'Grandpa' with some imaginative help from his grandchildren. A 'Drawry Story' would begin with a blank sheet of paper and we would decide who was going to be the main character. In this case my granddaughter pointed to a car and exclaimed: "Look at that cheeky little yellow car!" This then became the theme and we had to imagine what this naughty car would get up to. It finally sees the error of its ways when it makes a big mistake and realises how badly it has treated his neighbours.

Author Biography:

Since retirement Grandpa enjoys making up stories for his grandchildren. A blank sheet of paper starts the process and the grandchildren suggest a topic or character. The story evolves with drawings and some imagination from the team. We call these 'Drawry Stories'.
