Terri
Have you ever felt like an outsider? Terri has. Living at home with his ailing Uncle James, Terri is morbidly obese, friendless and wears pajamas to school. But after forming a friendship with his school principal, Mr Fitzgerald (John C. Reilly), Terri’s world starts to look noticeably brighter, and when the beautiful Heather finds herself on the wrong side of the cool crowd, kind-hearted Terri takes it upon himself to help.
Critic Reviews:
- " Absolutely wonderful. " – Richard Propes
- " Touching the heart and warming the soul, Terri is a soft-spoken story of hope and joy that makes the ordinary extraordinary. " – Debbie Lynn Elias
- " What makes it good is the solidity of the scenes, something that owes both to novelist Patrick deWitt's honed scripting and the naturalistic cadence of Jacobs' direction. " – Max Goldberg
