This stuff is great for making sure you look after your body is working properly! One of the biggest differences I saw after using this was no longer did my knees ‘creak’ when doing deep, heavy squats! BONUS!
Haha I can highly recommend to anyone who has ever wondered about all the noise coming from their joints when working out! It also also reduced the pain I was feeling in my joints after a hard workout.
