Author Biography:

Branko Mitrovic received his doctoral degrees in architecture and philosophy. He has been the recipient of the Humboldt Research Award as well as research fellowships from the Harvard University, Canadian Center for Architecture, the Humboldt Foundation, National Gallery in Washington and the Clark Institute and is employed as the professor of architectural history and theory at the Unitec Institute of Technology, Auckland, New Zealand. Professor Mitrovic is the author of four books on architectural history and theory and research articles have been published in journals such as Archiv fur die Geschichte der Philosophie, History and Theory, Journal of the Society of Architectural Historians, Architectural History, Annali d?architettura, Architectura, Zeitschrift fur Kunstgeschichte and so on.
