One Less God
In 2008, a band of young Islamic militants from Pakistan lands in Mumbai, their primary target, the iconic Taj Mahal hotel. With Indian forces unable to regain control, for four days the guests must battle to survive as the terrorists seek to drive them from hiding. The harrowing events that follow will come to be known as India's 9/11 and one of the most audacious terrorist attacks in history. Inspired by true events, One Less God is more than a tale of monsters and men, it is a story of our shared humanity at the dark crossroads to which we have now stumbled.
Critic Reviews:
- " The members of the generally excellent ensemble cast were almost entirely fresh faces for me, which adds to the authenticity of the drama. " – David Stratton
- " One Less God revisits Mumbai's 26/11 through this fictional story that falters in some areas, but works well enough as a whole. " – Neil Soans
- " Worthington's intentions are clear and having dragged his audience through the mire, it's apparent he wants us to take a good long look at where we've come a decade after the dust has settled. You can't fault him for that. " – John Noonan
