Author Biography:

Mary P. Bull is a New Zealand visitor of 23 years who has lived the New Zealand way on sheep farms, in huts, fancy hotels, and pub hotels, getting acquainted with the people of this fine country. She now spends many months in her own New Zealand home. Her first New Zealand book - Judder Bars and Chilly Bins in New Zealand was written in 1992. Mary is a retired teacher and artist. Her book's illustrations capture the mood and personalities of her subjects. Her Arizona history book for kids of all ages will be out later in 2004: It's Cool: The Inhabitants of the Santa Cruz Valley. This 300-page travel book relates her experiences (tales) while traveling in New Zealand. She includes what to see and do as well as the preparation, history and tour descriptions.
