Author Biography:

Samantha Cleaver and Reuben Nantogmah are a team of picture book authors who write stories that celebrate their Ghanaian American family, traditions, and community. Keisha Okafor is a Nigerian American artist and designer whose work depicts joy and celebrates people. Her work is inspired by her culture, the '90s, music, and fashion. She has worked with companies, including Spotify, Simon Kids, IDW Publishing, and YouTube. In her personal time, you can find Keisha solving nonograms or belting her favorite Spice Girls tracks. Keisha captures the vibrancy of everyday moments in her bold, texture-rich designs that celebrate her heritage and community.
