Description

Tangled Tales are a new innovative junior fiction format which involves two stories in one book. Each side follows a different character in the same story, which aims to encourage children to see that not everything is always what it seems. Whether it's a gang of ghost-hunting kids and the ghost they're convinced isn't there or a vegetarian vampire and a struggling fairy actress, these books are sure to get everyone giggling and thinking. Movies, Magic, Mayhem! After an unfortunate mishap involving a flying shopping trolley, a goat and a wedding cake, Ruby the fairy is banned from using her magic for a year. In need of a job, she’s hired as an actress but her co-star is a nightmare! Things get even worse when there’s talk of a curse in the studio… How will Ruby cope? Bites, Camera, Action! Derek may be a vampire, but he's been vegetarian for the past five hundred years. Not that his nemesis, Puffy the Vampire Catcher, pays any attention to that. When Puffy discovers his hiding place yet again, he's back on the run. Will Derek ever find some peace and quiet?!
