After watching the trailers, and a preview this looks like it has the potential to be a GOTY contender. Motion captured acting is cutting edge stuff. The game is going to live or die based on how well the investigative and interrogative gameplay is implemented. Personally waiting on a review (or word of mouth) before purchase, recommend doing the same.

With the reviews I have seen about this game it looks very promising. And the best thing about it, is that it's still open world :D in some ways .
