Both personally and professionally, Lynette abides by the principles in "The Four Agreements" by don Miguel Ruiz: Be impeccable with your word; don't take anything personally; don't make assumptions; and always do your best. In 2009, she expanded her company to include publishing helpful guides for letter writers, authors, editors, and proofreaders. A personal event inspired Lynette to write about how to compose and send treasured letters of appreciation. She tells this story: "When our son Byron married Rachael in 2008, they each wrote a loving letter to their own parents, describing not only their fondest childhood memories but also the values, life lessons, and ideals they would bring to their marriage.
