I haven't tried many recipes from this book yet but what I have tried has been excellent. The book is very nicely produced with lovely photos (about half and half of food and of Gok!) and a little blurb at the start of each recipe with Gok's own personal opinion of it. There is also a very useful section at the start explaining what the key store cupboard ingredients are and whether or not you can substitute something else if the real thing isn't available. I can see myself reaching for this book on a regular basis.
