Dance into an Inner Light offers hands-on, easy-to-use tools for children of all ages to learn how to re-connect with an inner feeling of oneness and interconnectedness that is one of the prerequisites to balance, self-confidence, creativity and, therefore, health. "If you are able to feel a part of nature, interconnected with all that surrounds you, your context of life suddenly shifts and so does your attitude. We have to help children to develop the psychological survival skills that will help them to cope with life's challenges, and our culture does not offer them much", says Professor Leslie Owen Wilson who teaches courses in educational psychology and theories of learning at the University of Wisconsin. Dance into an Inner Light offers the flexibility to cater for individual needs and abilities. It can be highly beneficial in many different areas and provides a wide range of possible uses (education, healing, self-management, life skills). The book and the included CDs were tested in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and the results were consistently positive.
