Author Biography:

Jenny McGlothlin, MS, CCC-SLP, CLC is a speech-language pathologist who has spent two decades helping clients from birth to young adulthood heal their relationship with food. McGlothlin is also a feeding therapist, speaker, researcher, and author who loves food and being a sports mom to three kids. Katja Rowell, MD, is a family doctor and relational feeding specialist. She believes helping children and adults have a good relationship with food is preventive medicine. Rowell is also a consultant, speaker, author, and family cook who loves camping and paddleboarding with her family.
