Author Biography:

Prof. Yang Ruilong is Dean of the School of Economics, Renmin University, China; research fellow at the National Academy of Development and Strategy, in the same school, co-director of the Institute of Economic Research of RUC, member of the Changjiang Scholars Program, MOE and guest scholar at the of Durham University, UK. Research fields include: Property right system in modern enterprises; new institutional economics, corporate theory and development economics. Prof. Luo Laijun, currently teaches at the School of Economics, Renmin University, China, he earned his Ph.D. in Economics, at the Fudan University of China, Shanghai. Also research fellow at the National Academy of Development and Strategy, Dean of Yangtze River Economic Zone Academy, established at the Renmin University. His researches and studies have caught the attention of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Education and of several provincial and municipal governments. Associate Prof. Yang Jidong, currently teaches at the Renmin University, China, he earned Ph.D. in Economics at the same school. His research fields include: Corporate theory, corporate governance, institutional economics, labor economics, contract theory.
