Author Biography:

Gwendolyn J. Tucker is an accomplished leadership expert, known for her instrumental roles in both public companies and entrepreneurial projects. She created Leader Who Leads and the Diversity At Work Series to equip and empower leaders across different stages of their leadership journey. As President of RIX International, she has designed and implemented leadership workshops and training sessions across various sectors, including the U.S. Navy, healthcare, paper manufacturing, and retail. Gwendolyn currently resides in Collierville, TN.
