Andrea Slonecker is a food writer (Everyday with Rachael Ray, The Oregonian’s MIX, and Northwest Palate) and is the Portland editor for Chefs Feed, a mobile app powered by chefs. She is a chef instructor at the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Portland where one of the things she teaches is egg cookery. She is the executive director of the Portland Culinary Alliance. Christian DeBenedetti has been a craft beer journalist for over twenty years. He has visited hundreds of breweries around the world and published more than 200 articles in national publications on craft beer and travel, including The New York Times, National Geographic Adventure, and Slate. His first book, The Great American Ale Trail is in its 5th printing, and features a foreword by Brooklyn Brewery’s Garrett Oliver. In early 2012, he launched WeeklyPint.com, a national e-newsletter (40,000 followers) and site on craft beer with social media presence (25,000 followers).
