This book is great, written by a doctor with good advice and easy to follow programme. basically teaches you to eat, how we all know we should, in four 17 day cylcles. prepare for sugar withdrawls the first four or so days, then off you go. plenty of advice and encouragement as you read through and follow the programme.
Having done my share of diets and having long come to the conclusion that crash diets don't work and it's simply a matter of calories in, calories out, I have been at a loss over the last few years as to why I have been completely able to shift the 15+ kilos I've put on. This diet is really more of a lifestyle change, and I can't believe how easy and healthy it is. Try it, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Oh and Mighty Ape were totally awesome not only was it cheaper than my local bookstores, it arrived the next day!
