Picking a winner was tough, we had those wanting to hear the cries of their enemies, others that want to bring their decibels below that of a helicopter, and one that simply wanted to hear their cat purr on their lap. Naww…

But it's not often we run into such riveting tales of intrigue and suspense, so we were blown away when we read this story from one of our Mighty customers…

A few years ago I was in the jungles of Brazil. I was there on business – I was tracking down the illusive Saint Nicholas. Not all of us can afford smart phones with GPS and ol' Saint Nicholas hadn't lived up to my requests for one for Christmas. Without any means to navigate myself through the unforgiving jungles, I decided I would download a map of Brazil onto my computer prior to venturing into the unknown.

So there I was, hauling my computer rig on my back, with a car battery strapped to my hip and a screen taped to my chest. I was prepared to make the long voyage to Saint Nicholas's hidden resort. What could possibly go wrong?

After a perilous journey facing gigantic snakes and venomous spiders, I had finally made it, I was finally able to confront him once and for all. Saint Nicholas was perched up in a small wooden hut down in a valley shadowed by mountains. I could tell he was there because his sled and 8 reindeer were outside grazing in a meadow. What I hadn't factored in on this small mission of mine, is that it's quite hot in Brazil. At this point, for running 2 weeks straight in the hot climate, my computer had started to sound like a lion giving birth to a rhino. It was so loud it echoed down the valley and alerted Saint Nicholas before I could get near him. Within seconds he was on his sled and heading away, back to the North Pole.

Once again Saint Nicholas had escaped me. If my computer was super silent, I would be able to confront the jolly red man, once and for all, and get my smart phone.
