Scale Modelers its time to pull finger and get those winter projects finished off because The Scale Model Show is just around the corner on September 21st and 22nd.

Hosted by IPMS Auckland, The Scale Model Show is the place to be if you've got an interest in model making, plastic kits and miniature painting, as well as an interesting day out for the family. This year's show is being held in Mt Eden, Auckland, and will be packed full of model displays, competitions and workshops for pros and novices alike including Build & Take sessions for the kids. And the Mighty Ape Hobbies Gorilla will be there with a bunch of awesome scale models, paints & supplies too!

If you've got a model finished or have a project underway then there are two big model competitions, the Open Competition for the general public and the IPMS Nationals for club members. For full competition details and IPMS club info head to the Scale Model Show site.
