The Neeva Capsule comes with harness pads, a newborn insert (‘head hugger’ newborn liner with head support, and a lumbar wedge (triangle sponge cushion) that offers a more natural lumbar position for the baby, providing extra support, cushioning, and an optimal position for the spine. It also helps ensure a snug fit in the harness to keep babies safe and secure. As your baby grows, the insert and head hugger can be removed, typically around 5-6 months old.
