Return Policies

Change of mind / Incorrect product ordered

Goods on clearance (marked as CLEARANCE or REDUCED TO CLEAR) are not returnable.

If you change your mind or order an incorrect product, you can return the goods subject to the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase is required
  • The goods are in brand new condition and in the original packaging

Restocking fee may apply as per the following terms:

  • If returned within 14 days from delivery - no restocking fee will be applied provided all other conditions are met.
  • If returned after 14 days from delivery - we reserve the right to decline returns after 14 days or charge a restocking fee, depending on the circumstances. If we decide to accept the return, all above conditions must be met plus your return will attract a restocking fee of minimum 20% or more of the items price, depending on the time over and above the 14 days.

Returns will be at customer's cost. This includes courier/postage fees for return products and courier/postage fees for items sent from us as an exchange. 

Incorrect product received

If you have received an incorrect product, please open the outer cardboard packaging and make sure the product inside is incorrect. We often recycle cartons and package items in various boxes, so whatever markings you see on the outside may not be indicative of what is inside the box. Please do not open plastic packaging, unless advised to do so by one of our staff. Please also check the product against the invoice or your email confirmation - there is a chance you ordered the wrong product (please see above on how to return it).

Once you have confirmed the product is incorrect to what is on the invoice/order confirmation please take a photo of the product received and contact us with your order number and a brief message. We will then be in contact to arrange an exchange for you.

Faulty product received (NOT NAPPIES)

Any faults must be reported within 10 working days of receiving your product. Proof of purchase must be retained.

All our hardware items carry a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Other items such as toys carry a 3-month limited warranty. The warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by misuse of the product.

We appreciate your patience, as we must get the faulty product back to us and inspect it before we can arrange an exchange. This means there will be some time before you get the exchange product delivered to you.

We have the right to seek the return of any faulty goods or faulty parts from the customer and therefore customers should not dispose of any faulty products or parts without getting a confirmation from us first. Should we require the return of the faulty product, we will decide on arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

My child grew out of nappies/particular size of nappies - can I return them?

We understand that committing to a large quantity of nappies or nappy pants can feel like a big decision—especially if you're trying a new brand and your baby is growing up so fast! We are happy for you to return unopened packs for exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept opened packs (opened cardboard outer box is fine). Please note that you will need to cover the cost of returning the product and the cost of sending the exchange product to you. There may also be a difference to pay (or refund) depending on what is getting exchanged.

Alternatively, you are welcome to order a sample pack before getting a large box.

Faulty nappies received

We consider nappies faulty when they have visible manufacturing fault, including but not limited to missing tabs, missing leak guards, missing frontal tape, etc. If nappies are not holding solids or leaking through the sides, it may be a case of incorrect sizing. Incorrectly fitted nappies may not perform as well as they should, and it can happen when they are either too small or too big for the baby. You may also need to try a different brand as different nappies have different cut/fit.

In case of faulty nappies, training pants, wipes, or any other disposable item: when customers use more than 5pcs of any disposable product, they acknowledge accepting the quality of the product purchased. Customers may not ask for an exchange after using more than 5pcs unless they pay for the used product and other courier charges incurred. Customers should not dispose of such faulty products without consulting the company first.

Free gift received as part of a promotion (including Buy X Get Y Free promotions)

If the customer received a free gift as part of a promotion and the product or portion of the product is returned for any reason the free gift must be returned along with the unwanted product. Free gifts cannot be returned for refund and have no cash value of their own.

Liabillity

The liability of Waysoft Limited for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from one of our products for non-compliance of any of our products or for any other reason shall not in the event exceed the amount equivalent to the price of the product.

Waysoft Limited has the right to change its policy relating the return and refund of products at any time without notice.

All non-business customers have all the rights they are entitled to under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the above terms do not deprive them of any of the rights or remedies they have under that Act.

Warranty does not apply to any product that is purchased for business use (retailers, manufacturers, and service providers). Please contact us for further information. 

Shipping Information

We do our best to deliver to you quickly and cost effectively.

We are unable to accept requests for specific delivery times, or accept liability for consequences of late, or early deliveries.

If nobody is home the carrier will attempt to leave the goods somewhere safe.

Delivery times and days are subject to traffic, driver availability and other issues beyond our reasonable control.

We cannot offer or guarantee deliveries for a specific date or time.

Every effort will be made to fulfil orders placed with Waysoft Limited, but we shall not be liable to any person if Waysoft Limited declines to supply product(s) for any reason whatsoever. We reserve the right to decline orders without disclosing the reason behind that action.

Waysoft Limited shall not be liable for failure to deliver on expected time whether the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Waysoft Limited or otherwise.

Products shall be left at the delivery address, where courier driver feels it was safe to drop, and be deemed delivered at that point in time. It is the customer's responsibility to give our company delivery instructions, our general instructions to the courier drivers is to drop the boxes at the delivery address if no instructions were given by the customer to do otherwise. The property and risk in the product shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the customer's delivery address, and when the courier company confirms that it has been delivered to the right address.

In case of short or incorrect delivery you need to contact us as soon as possible. Any queries regarding delivery of New Zealand parcels and the contents will not be considered after 10 working days from dispatch date. Please inspect all items before signing for your parcel, if there is any damage you need to tell the courier driver and note it down when signing, as this is the Courier Company's responsibility.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
