The set is good for starting and make a nice painting project for good value. 18 miniatures from GW at that price is totally worth it, then the extra of the pocket rule book :)

This box has enough to try out AoS core mechanics and get an idea if the game is for you without shelling out too much cash.

The box is a little misleading with it saying “contains X number” then continues to list them individually, leading the reader to assume there is “X ammount” plus additional “X number” of units, but overall, decent starter box, good price.
