If you're an avid reader, this book wont be for you. Not only is it badly written, but the plot and characters are simply terrible. You'll spend the first half the novel reading about a depressing protagonist, and spend the second half wondering why you're still reading this horrible, horrible book.

Being about Vampires, this is not usually my sort of thing but I could not put this one down. Recommended!
I don't read books but I thought I'd give it a go. My sister recommended this book to me and I absolutely loved it. I enjoyed the story so much, it took me 2 days to read it, as I basically read it from the time I woke up till the time I fell asleep. A love story with some action too. LOVE IT!!!!!!!
If you enjoyed the movie then you'll love the book! It has so much more information that they just couldn't get in the movie and it makes it even more romantic. I wasn't really into the whole Twilight phenomenon before reading the series, but after the first book I couldn't help but get lost in the story and imagery and Stephanie Meyer has a great imagination! I love a book that keeps me wanting more as soon as I've finished the last sentence! Edward and Bella have the type of all-consuming relationship that women all secrectly seem to want. We all love a love story that wins against all the odds, with a man that will do anything and everything in their power to make work, even by defying their very nature, al love so strong that you cna't walk away no matter the problems. Well worth a read for all the hopeless romantics and vampire buffs alike. If you're both then you're in for a real treat!
