This book doesn't really suit me as you need a dehydrator for a lot of recipes and I can't be bothered with that but it is a well written book with some very healthy recipes and I know just the person to gift it to.

Fantastic book I started using it right away and VERY happy, also fantastic service from Mighty Ape as always x
This is a lovely book, beautifully written with delicious recipes. The photography is fun and helps portray the “Little bird” journey.
