Author Biography:

Alexander Dawoody, Ph.D. is a Full Professor and Director of the PhD in Strategic Leadership and Administrative Studies & the MPA programs at Marywood University, USA. He is a three-time Fulbright Scholar, the Founding President of the Association for Middle Eastern Public Policy and Administration (AMEPPA) and the Founding Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Applied Professional Studies and the Journal of Middle Eastern Review of Public Administration.
