Talisman: 4th Edition reviews

Bought at 9pm on Sunday, delivered 2pm the next day, defeated by 11pm that night. Very Successful and enjoyable adventure overall with excellent service. Talisman is a hugely varied fun adventure for beginners and veterans. One of the few games that can be repeatedly played between 2 players and be enjoyable every time. There are sometimes specific complexites in working out finer rule points with characters from the expansion packs, but nothing that grinds dragon slaying down to a halt. Colour! Excitement! Adventure! and most of all, a quest to conquer all; in Talisman!

My fiancé and I have had hours of fun playing this game. It is definitely among our favorites! Great for just two players no matter how many times you play it. It's also just as good with more players as well. Love it! :D

It has existed for many years, through four editions and with plenty of expansions. Talisman is a narrative heavy, fantasy role-play board game filled with glorious adventure and deadly danger. There is a plethora of cards to shuffle and deal as players struggle against the trials of the game to claim the Crown of Command and defeat their opponents. Do not be alarmed… some of the alternative endings compel players to work cooperatively to win the game.

This game takes a while to play, but we all found it fun. It's also not too complex and therefore easy to pick up!

Brought it for by 9yo son and he is enjoying it immensely.
