I don’t regret this purchase at all. Great heater with easy setup and easy integration with Alexa. I live in an area that gets down to –6°C and this heater keeps my bedroom so toasty just on the low setting. This heater is perfectly silent and if the LED is too bright you can turn it off via the app or remote control (unlike some other smart heater brands with bad reviews). I really love being able to turn on the heater remotely when I am returning home on a cold day. I’m planning on getting another for the guest bedroom. Well done SmartApe!

Abit dissapointed in this. The app seems to work fine but it was abit fiddly to get connected the first time. The thermostat in it is pretty useless, if you set it to 25c my room temp might only be 20 or 21 but it says 25c then turns off. Probably Becuase of poor design and it's just picking up the hot air from the heater. So your stuck setting it to like 30c evey time you use it just to stop it turning off on its own. Kind of annoying when part of the selling point is you can set your temp and let it turn off and on to keep your room at a set temp, becuase it can't do this at all if it's off by like 10c all the time.

Couldn't get it to connect to wifi until I read the manual and used the wifi reset button. No problem after that.

I bought this heater to run in the early winter hours to keep the temperature from dropping too far while undergoing chemo. It does have an off/on time scheduler which I set to turn itself on at 1am, off at 6am, brilliant! Also useful to turn off and on at other times with my phone. Wife drives it via the touch screen on the heater itself. Highly recommended.

Good heater otherwise, but when the LED screen is turned off either by ECO mode or turning of the heat, there is a quiet but persistent screeching noise that makes it difficult to sleep with. Since the alternative is a bright LED screen, I've found this heater completely unsuitable for my needs since it needs to be switched off before bed. I thought this was an isolated fault and got a replacement, but that had the same issue so it's likely a design flaw.

Writing review after 1 year of use: The temperature setting malfunctioning due to which heating filament constantly turn on and off making lot of noise (tick tick). It is quite annoying. Also it doesn't stop heating so room temperature goes really high but the heater will show 16 degree :/ For repair Mighty ape want this unit to be sent to them but unfortunately I didn't keep the box so its another expense n headache which I don't want to take.

I bought this for my toddler's bedroom as, although we have a fireplace, the temperature in there still drops significantly overnight. It's super easy to set up and the app is great. It's a relief being able to control the settings without having to go into his room all the time. I have it set to turn on (low) automatically at 11pm and off at 7.30am every night/morning, and it maintains the room at my chosen temp (give or take a degree or so, but you figure it out). There is also an option to turn the display off.

I admit it, I pretty much integrate everything into our connected home and instead of using smart plugs I was overjoyed to get this smart heater. It's visually pleasing and being able to turn it on while on the way home is ideal. It's heating my office and it both looks good and functions great.

Heats great. WiFi connection was straightforward. Smart features and timer control in Smartlife app is good. Google control is easy. Heater is a lot thicker than expected (I didn't read dimensions), and it is a straightforward convection heater, where the heat rises out the top – the front panel is not the heating surface. Not 100% what I expected, but still extremely happy with it.
