After narrowly escaping Hallaby mansion alive, twenty-three-year-old Leonard Krueger flees America to steal a key mineral his captor, Ms Likvold, desperately needs. Successfully staking claim to the mineral in Croatia he gains leverage over Ms. Likvold, but soon realizes nowhere is safe, men are still watching his every move. Leo returns to New York to negotiate for answers about his father's disappearance but returns to chaos. Soldiers are disappearing, Ms. Likvold's army is growing, and the Butcher is becoming bolder, wild, and dangerous. Leo's absence only gave them time to start their plans, he is to late to stop them.
