Ratchet and Clank PS3 previews

As a huge fan of the Ratchet & Clank series, I am very eager to get hold of this collection when it comes to release. I was pleased when I heard the news a few days ago!

OK I'll admit that I am disapointed in the lack of Ratchet: Gladiator (hopefully it comes later on PSN as a stand-alone HD remaster. Insomniac have not forgotten about it, they say!)

Now onto the collection itself. It's about time Sony gets around to getting these great games onto the PS3! Perfecting timing too though, with this being the 10th Anniversary for the R&C series. I loved these games on the PS2. These titles are going to look awesome in full upscalled HD, they looked great for their time and now they'll be even better looking! And with R&C3's online multiplayer returning – a lot of fans are going to be in for a treat! Especially since so many fans in NZ and AU missed out on that in the old PS2 version.

So yeah. Bring on the collection! I'll be here to get it first day of release!

I remember playing the Ratchet and Clank games on PS2 when I was younger. They were so fun and unique. There is a ton of cool and creative weapons with great humour. The characters are awesome and they have good stories. If you've never played these games and you own a PS3, you NEED to get this.

With the remastered version of the first 3 Ratchet & Clank Games coming to PS3, you can't help but be excited if you are a big fan of the series. Even if you had never played the games on PS2 but played the ones on PS3, this game is a must buy! These games take you back to where it all began, in Full HD, where you can experience, or re-live, some of the most amazing games ever to be made for PS2.

With 3 Platinum Trophies to collect across the 3 games, this just adds more fun to the dynamic gameplay that is the world of Ratchet & Clank. The 3rd game, Up Your Arsenal, even features it's very own Multiplayer, which will make this game an even bigger want for those who love to play online with friends.

With fun mini-games, kick-ass weapons and amazing story lines, Ratchet & Clank will keep you engrossed in the game for ages! This is a game that is a must for anyone that likes a fun ‘Shoot 'em Up’ Genre game that the whole family can enjoy!

Me and my friend spent hours playing the multiplayer, and that was with only 2 of us. Imagine how awesome it would be with more players.

The game is going to be amazing and the disc will also include Ratchet & Clank, Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando, and Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal. Developer Idol Minds is remastering the collection that will include 1080p graphics, 3D support, and three Platinum Trophies. The “online competitive multiplayer” from Up Your Arsenal will also be included. Got to buy.

Look great I might buy a ps3 just to play this!!!

Great fun these, will keep you entertained for ages… Especially trying to get all the skill points… And the gold bolts…
