If like me you need a bigger storage area,buy a plastic tool box with a padlock put the ipad or whatever in it then lock it and place the keys into the time locker capsule..thats what im going to do ,its a grerat product that will better my life…and hopefully yours!

Ive bought several of these products and had several replacements. The locking mechanism malfunctions on everyone of these products that ive had. One day when you go to lock it, the screen will show that youve locked it, but the locking mechanism wont actually engaged. Ive had 4 of these over the years and had the same issue every time. Mightyape were always quick to assist, but sadly the product defect makes this one of the worst products on their site

I wish I got a bigger size as it doesn't fit ipads in there and it is a bit squashed to fit remotes. Otherwise awesome to lock up iphones so teen cant use it!

Decent size and reasonably sturdy but the battery compartment is extremely tight and I’ve found it almost impossible to fit the required pair of AA batteries into the device without damaging the battery or surrounding plastic

This works exactly as promised and it actually has helped my habit of eating an entire large bag of chips in one sitting. As well as not being able to physically get at the chips after I've had some, it helps me mentally to know that I can't get to the bag so I don't even end up thinking about it. The display goes off after it's been locked for a while so don't think that it's broken if you see that. Also, read and follow the instructions. They say not to use rechargeable batteries and the ace Mighty Ape team told me that this was because it only draws a low current and the higher current from rechargeable batteries can damage the unit.

All I have to do to open it after locking is remove the batteries, put them back in and set the lock to 1 minute. Then I get my stuff back. Doesn't matter how long the original lock was. I have another model from another site which was much more expensive but doesnt have this problem. Dont recommend buying this model.

I really like this product. It is the better of two timer lock containers I own – the other came from Temu.

This one is better for several reasons. It is larger. The lift off lid makes it easier to put wider things in and to clean the container. The dial for setting the timer is easier to use than the other's push buttons.

There are some problems to be aware of. When the AA batteries run low, there is no warning that they need to be replaced. The locking process proceeds as normal but the locking mechanism doesn't activate.
