Tastes great, a good protein source without too many carbs. Decent value for such a large tub.
Optimum Gold is sort of the standard benchmark when it comes to protein powders, for a good reason. They make excellent products that taste fantastic, come in a range of flavors and I've yet to get a bad product from them. When people are just starting out I'll always recommend this as one of the top choices, you just can't go wrong with it.
