The Play and Charge Kit is perfect for the casual gamer or the serious one. The ability to charge your wireless controller without leaving the seat is a gamers dream.

There are some things to take into account if you decided to buy these though; although most of the charge kits work great, there are some that will not work straight out of the box, if this happens just tell MightyApe and they will be happy to assist in replacing it. Also, let the battery pack discharge ALL the way out before recharging it. Recharging when the pack is only half way depleted will cause a ‘memory effect’ to occur where the battery will only be able to charge up to that point in the future, meaning that your battery life is shortened indefinitely.

A fantastic item though and well worth the money spent on it.

This is a really good way if you have all white controllers to indicate who's controllers are who's.And it looks really really cool, but the bad thing was was that the charging cord was not as black as the battery itself, its the same grey as the cord on the normal Play & Charge kit. But overall the product Excellent.

I LLoved it much better then batteries

Play and charge kit great for Xbox gamers. Had a few technical difficulties but once it started working, mum was pleased that I no longer kept pinching her batteries.

Mine is invaluable as it stops the kids dragging the console onto the floor – they get very excited when they play and of course this just about pays for itself in saved money from replacement batteries :-)

Stop wasting time changing batteries with this excellent charge kit. Very long battery life and extremely easy to use.

This is a definite must have for any xbox player, after using the play and charge kit being without one just feels wrong!

i was at home one night and acciedtly left the controller on the heater. it turnned out the battery pack got fried :O . so i came to mighty ape and ordered a play and charge kit. and when i put the new battery pack in it completely fixed my controller ! . now im happly playing my games and also dont need to buy batteries every week to fuel my wireless controller (:

For a great price this is well worth the money, you'll soon make your money back by not having to keep buying replacement batteries – and when these batteries do run flat you can simply plug and play and not have any down time waiting for them to charge. If you have wireless controllers you must have this kit.

Good enough to get job done

This is a fantastic add on for your 360 controller – when it works. The battery pack frequently won't charge if left unused for too long and while some tricks can be employed to get it going again mine has finally given up for good making my wireless controller a wired one for now.

what is there to say it does what its meant to. great price and its light so you can still play your games while charging (ya its long enough) and of course its delivered with the same of mighty ape mighty speed

We all know batteries are expensive so this is a great replacement for them. Charges controllers while you play so you don't miss out on crucial gaming time. The cord is nice and long so there are limited worries about having to sit closer to your console (I use mine in bed, it's brilliant) Would most certainly recommend.

If you hate swapping batteries every other day, then the Play & Charge kit it was you need.

Makes gaming so much easier. Wireless gaming or non-wireless completely up to you!

If you into you gaming then you will need one of these..y change and charge batteries when you could charge while you play..just plug into you xbox usb and away you you go

As simple as that, the play & charge kit removes the need of batteries, which makes for a much easier gaming experience.

Only used this once since I got my replacement but it works well.

I have no end of compliments for Mighty Ape with regards to their staff and the way they handled the issue I had with the first one not working, there was no hassle at all
