The idea behind the tray is excellent, however on using the product to make cheesecake when pushing the loose bases up to remove the cakes the outside of the cheesecakes become damaged (so not entirely non-stick) and although the tray was properly washed and dried before use the cheesecakes had small remnants of the non-stick coating on them…

Love them! Best bite size ever. So everyone knows you should still spray the tins to get better results. I make chilled cheesecakes and they pop out with ease and and zero damage to the cheesecakes! Definitely buying more

Excellent baking pan with many uses, the loose bottoms make it ideal for individual cheesecakes or puddings

I have found these loose base pans are ideal for all baking, however it can take a bit of force to push the bases up. So far I have used it for baked pastries and cold desserts with good results.

The loose base make it very easy to remove the cheesecakes which are a good size. I intend to try using these to make small pies and/or quiches.
