This is simply the best Basketball game on the market. The Sprite Dunk Intensity Meters and Halftime reports combined with the graphics make it almost like watching a live game.
The game is completely customisable and you can change it to the way you like to play Basketball. The Coach mode is also quite nice as it gives the game a feel when you are a sub. One of the best things about this game is the cameras, there are 12 different camera shots and range from on court to the box. Multiplayer in Arcade mode is great if you want a quick game, or play on your own!
Overall this game is clearly the best Basketball game so far on the market. 5 Stars

Definitely the best sports game of all time! Ever since I got it, I haven't put it down. My Player mode is fun but starts off slow. Always cool getting that runaway dunk with Jordan.
The career mode in NBA2K13 is amazing. You have to compete in a rookie challenge and get draft based on your performance plus how well you do in interviews with teams GMs.
The most pleasing aspect is that your players isn't an all star from the beginning. You are an average player and have to work hard to get more minutes and earn a starting role. I am nearly at the end of my first season and I am positive that it is going to take me at least another 2 to 3 season to get my player up to All Star calibre skills.
This will keep me going playing the game for a long time. 5 out of 5!
For anyone tossing up whether or not to get this, believe me it's worth it. Having played 2k11 and 2k12, this is a good improvement on the ongoing 2k series.
Myplayer is now a lot more in-depth, with virtual currency being the new main feature.
The total control stick is a great new feature which now allows you to pull off any move imaginable. It takes a bit of practice and learning but once you get there you'll realise how great it is.
Overall gameplay has a lot of improvements and with the new game mode (myteam) you'll be playing this one till 2k14 comes out.

This is the best basketball game i've played to date. Not sure about the celebrity team with a 6'4 Justin Bieber who can dunk. Nahwell, great game.

The best iteration of the NBA 2k series. Didn't think they could improve it anymore than 2k12 but they proved me wrong.
As a basketball fan, it's a must have game.
