Sounds great when something is playing, but buzzes loudly when nothing is playing. Has 2 really short chords and is only possible to use the RGB lights and change the audio settings using the USB, which the store page never warned about. This is a problem for me as the USB chord is far too short and can't reach to my system without me leaning toward it. My system is close enough for me to touch it at all time FYI. Using the AUX chord instead of the USB more than halves the features on the headset, meaning that if you're low on USB ports, are more than an arms length from the closest USB port on your PC, or only plan to use this headset on an Xbox and/or mobile device, this headset is a horrible choice, even for PC I'd recommend the wireless alternative over this, as you would never face such issues without wires. As I said previously, the only good thing about the headset is the sound quality, especially the bass. But it's hard to think of anything else that's good about the headset

Poor sound quality, very little definition. Can find much better headphones for a lot less money. Test before you buy is all I can say. Otherwise in terms of delivery time and packaging that was top notch.
I've had them for almost one year now and I have been pleased generally. Sound quality for the price I think is good-excellent, they have a 7.1 surround emulation of some sort and sounds great for gaming and even for music. The built-in 10 band EQ (!) found in the Logitech app is fantastic and I love it. Early on I found they were quite tight on my head in terms of pressure on the sides, and on the top connector as well. They have gotten a lot better over time and maybe just needed some stretching. I find many headphones uncomfortable so this may not be a problem for you, but that's why I've docked a star personally. I like the controls and the volume wheel, I don't use the microphone much but it seems to be of fair quality and being able to put away the ‘boom’ is great.
The microphone “flip to mute” function does not actually work.
