"Awful with one good chase scene"
1 stars"

This was awful. What started off as a good idea (that computers take over the world – or at least USA) ended up being implausible and awful. If you like following believable storylines, don't bother. If you like seeing good acting and character development, don't bother. I can't see any ‘ups’ of watching this completely implausible movie unless you like random chase scenes (which the best ones happen up to 20 minutes in).

"Action to the max"

Hang on to your seats this is one movie you need in your collection. Took a bit to get into(The first 10 mins) but once there did not want to use the pause button. Would Defiently watch more than once

"Action packed!!"

Yet another fantastic performance by Shia LaBeouf, he is fast becoming one of my favourite actors! This movie will have you on the edge of your seat from start to finish. The plot is a wee bit far fetched bu in saying that what great action movie isn't! Definitely worth the purchase :)

"If I could take one movie with me..."
5 stars"

Eagle Eye is such an intense, action-packed movie, that it's hard to know where to begin in describing the coolness.

The initial draw card is Shia LaBeouf. In typical ‘Transformers’ fashion, he has the sarcastic sense of humour that he just can't help bringing out when people least appreciate it.

Gerry Shaw is pretty much a delinquent copy boy who could never quite live up to his father's expectations. When his twin brother dies in a traffic accident, Gerry suddenly finds himself involved in a whole world of trouble with no apparent way out.

The graphics are great, the action is great, the dialogue is great, the soundtrack doesn't jar like some I could mention, and the whole story wraps up quite nicely.

While some of the plot is reasonably easy to pick, I found the sheer intensity of the action, the quick wit of Shia and the roller-coaster of emotions all contributed to making this what a good movie should be – pure entertainment.

I would (and frequently do) recommend this movie to anyone who is even remotely interested in action movies. There is no gore and no offensive dialogue either, which makes this a really enjoyable (and repeatable) entertainment experience.
