Doctor Who Micro Figures Wave 2 - Character Building series reviews

They are just so awesome ! And it's so exciting when you go to open it up and see which one you got ! I've got 3 out of the 10 now and want to collect them all :D

The figures are great, but I really hate the blind packaging that makes it into a lucky dip.

Something that’s worth noting, different figures have different rarity levels – which means to some figures you’ll see a lot, and others you’ll be very unlikely to find – annoying if you’re after something specific. To make matters worse, the 11th Doctor is about the most common figure you can get (which is understandable, considering that most fans will want him), however the 11th Doctor you can get from these packs is identical to the Doctor from the Tardis playset and the Doctor in the ’All 11 Doctors’ collectable set. As I said in the reviews of those products, they are a must if you want to collect these figures – but the fact that this version of the doctor is the same means that you’ll end up with multiple spares of that one figure.

Don’t get me wrong, the figures are still great (I got a 'Silence’ figure and a Cyberman figure that are both really neat), but if you’re like me and just looking for a River or Rory to add to your collection, you’d better be ready to go through a whole lot of packs to find them.

I brought two of these along with the Tardis mini playset. So it was nice that I ended up with a Dalek and a Silent. They're a pretty cheap way to add to your Doctor Who collection. I'll make sure to add one to each of my orders, until i collect them all :)

Bought 4 packs, 2 from each wave for my friends birthday who adores Doctor Who. Seems a little bit smaller then I expected but that might just be me. After all they are micro figures.The detail on the figures were pretty cool considering the price and seize. Mixing up the figures with different body parts can also be quite fun on a boring day.

Overall I was happy with the purchase and shipping was spot on. My friend also loved his birthday present.

These are so cute, but I also question the randomness since my first three were Cybermen. My Cyber Army will challenge your Silence Army!

Cute and fun to swap the body parts around to make other creature combinations.

I love them. They are really easy to assemble and so cute!

Following on from Wave 1, the Wave 2 Doctor Who Character Building Micro Figures are just as cool.

If you've got any of the Wave 1 figures, then definitely get some of these babies, if nothing else, you can start to build your own Silence army :D

Although I'm not sure about this randomly selected and blind packaged bit, my first 4 figures were all Silence… Silences… Silenci- What is the plural for Silence anyway- … Still ordered more though :)
