Is the most siickest game if u love Dead rising, left 4 dead 1 and 2 u should get this game :D co-op play online with your friends roam around have fun

You know when a game gets lots of hype, has awesome trailers and looks fantastic that there is a big risk something will be majorly wrong with it. It's like the promise is too great, how it can possibly deliver. Well my fellow Mighty Ape readers, I can tell you now Dead Island with its amazing trailers and extensive hype has nothing wrong with it -This game is pure awesomeness. I have played about 20 hours so far and the only issue is my Mrs is mad with me for ignoring her all weekend. Be warned though once you pick up Dead Island you cannot stop. This is not just a game it's a fight for survival. You have to play this game with no distractions, no external sounds, so you can listen for the Zombies screams because this means you are about to be swarmed. The tension in this game is, in a word INTENSE. Yes this game has faults, as do most games out there, however I have not played a game in a long time that when I put the controller down I breathe a sign of relief that I survived to play again.

anyone with a taste for gratuitous violence or excessive amounts of gore will love this. Expect this to become your favourite Zombie survival game over L4D or Black ops zombies with virtually endless unique ways of killing zombies.

If you like Dead rising and Borderlands your going to love this game I know I an I have been waiting for this type of game for a long time and now the wait is over BUY IT

Set on a fictional tropical island, Dead island will give players the freedom to explore, craft weapons and play as four individual characters, each with their own motivation and purpose for being on the island.

With visceral melee combat being the main focus, players will have access to a variety of improvised weapons as well as a limited arsenal of guns, they will need to conserve supplies and act quickly.

The campaign is expected to be around 30 hours long, which is a excellent amount of gameplay and replay value considering most AAA games coming out only reach around 10 hours for their campaigns.

Definitely worth getting if you are a fan of unique zombie games.
