These headphones sound great and are easy to use. Only complaint is that they take a while to charge. Awesome quality though

The usb charger port is the old one (micro USB) I dont know why it doesnt come with USB tipe C, when you conect it to the pc start conecting and desconecting everitime, you need to put it in a good position and not move it at all (it remember me to the old cellphones), by on the other hand they have good sound and ergonomic shape. It just has a bad charging port.
Bought this just over a month ago and absolutely love It the sound is perfect and the adjustments in the icue software is easy to use would highly recommend this headset
Microphone is extremely low – nobody can hear me. ICue software extremely buggy, crashes lots and current version isn't stable – had to install legacy version
