A fan of the games, getting the books was the next logical step. An a choice I don't regret making. It follows everything from “Assassins Creed 2” as Ezio faces what he must, to bring down the Templars that brought down his family…
This book is a great companion to the Assassin's Creed video game series, but also a good read on its own. Some of the editing is sloppy (with spelling and grammatical errors slipping through), and the passage of time isn't captured very accurately in parts, but the story is fantastic. There is also a wealth of true historical information in here, encompassing major events such as the rise of Pope Alexander VI and the Bonfire of the Vanities in Florence. Definitely check it out.
I haven't played the game yet and I reckon I'd rather read the books before playing the games so I get to imagine it all myself. Really love it! It's not confusing to read and it's definitely thrilling! I'll definitely be buying the other books!
This book is amazing !!!! It has so much detail to offer. The book is based on the game so instead of playing you can read !!!!!!!
Such an awesome book what accompanies the game so well.
Awesome book. The games were good but there is so much more detail in here and you understand why Ezio does the things that he does
