This game is very good, Jezz it is such a great work out. Plenty of exercise plans to work through and the move works very well with the game. A must for any UFC fan or anyone wanting to get good workouts from a game.

If you do some research on the web, you'll find what I'm about to say. The workouts themselves are great, I'm two weeks into it and they are a lot of fun and you definitely feel it! After the first workout I was in muscle pain for a couple of days..
The downside is the PS3 Move system itself. It can take a bit of tweaking to get the system to detect your movements and I've had the odd moment of frustration with workouts when the system has dropped out my reps. Looks like the XBox 360 with Kinect may have the edge with software like this, do some research and you'll see what I mean.
Overall if you see through that though the workouts do the job and if you stick with it, you'll certainly lose weight/shape up.

Getting ripped has never been easier. No more need for the personal trainer as this game has a smack talking trainer that will keep you on your toes. Great for someone who would like to get fit quickly but may be self conscious and wants to avoid the gym.
It hurts your muscles, which you know it works, it pushes you to further your expectations!! Only thing is sometimes it wont pick up your movements, but other than that it really works and thats all that matters. Having fun while working out.. and in the comfort of you own home!!
