To be honest I bought this before I even knew I was pregnant, and reading it now I am eating so healthy for me and baby and know that following the exercise programme listed in the book in a lighter version while pregnant and stepping it up once baby is born I am going to be back to pre baby weight (hopefuly lighter than that) in no time, excellent book, would recommend it to any expectant mother or mum thats just looking to lose those last couple of niggely kilos – well done to the writer, she knows her stuff
