There is a known fault with this product – it crashes on all Android tablets that have updated to Lollipop. Activision says it is trying to fix it, yet they've done nothing in 5 months. They're launching Skylanders Superchargers in September – and surprise surprise, they're no longer supporting the Android platform. My advice is to ask for your money back or change to more reliable games platforms like Xbox or Playstation.
My 7 year old just loved this birthday present, make sure your I-pad is not an old I-pad 2 or the system wont work and you will have to go and buy a new I-pad as I did. However watching the enjoyment of my son playing this much awaited game was more than worth it.
